A planned gift can be as simple as naming St. Philip's in your will. The Dean Dillard Robinson Society recognizes individuals who are ensuring St. Philip's Academy's tradition of leadership by including the Academy in their estate plans or in their wills. The first charter member of the Society is our founder, Dean Dillard Robinson, who established a gift for St. Philip's Academy in his will. In addition to naming the Academy in your will, a bequest can be made in honor or memory of someone significant to the donor.
Planned gifts build the school's endowment and may be given for general purposes, or designated for a faculty chair, an academic program, student aid or building fund. More and more people are discovering that, through planned giving, they can make a significant difference at an institution that they care deeply about.
Whether you are making your will for the first time or updating your estate plans, including a bequest for St. Philip's will help to sustain our legacy of academic and personal excellence for the children of inner-city Newark.
